In 2014, Linthwaite was a dark spot of the Colne Valley at Christmas: so a few locals raised funds to give the Village its own festive lights.
And we thank Richard Izzard, Richard Mozley, Ais Mozley and the late Ruth Stainsbury for their hard work.
In 2021, Pride In Linthwaite took over to continue the tradition, and the Lights are fully-sponsored by a combination of local businesses, community grants and fundraising activities.
